Save an app's row

PUT

/api/v1/external/coding/customers/{customer_id}/repositories/{coding_repository_id}/publication/data/{collection}/rows/{row_id}

Saves one row (creating it under row_id when new) through the app's rules, as its owner, and answers the row as stored. 422 DATA_REFUSED carries the rule's message and changes nothing. Needs coding:apps:publish.
