Update an app's publication settings

/api/v1/external/coding/customers/{customer_id}/repositories/{coding_repository_id}/publication

Changes any subset of auto_redeploy, feature_requests, visitors, taps_counted, hosting_paid_on and site_languages_paid_on (an empty body is 400 EMPTY_UPDATE). hosting_paid_on and site_languages_paid_on are spend consent: on, the app may be billed for hosting above its included usage (up to hosting_paid_cap_usd a month) or for site translations, so only a signed-in owner or admin may change them (a member is 403 ROLE_REQUIRED, an API key 403 HUMAN_APPROVAL_REQUIRED); turning translations on also needs site_languages_terms equal to the publication's current quote, else 400. feature_requests: members on an app without member sign-in is 400 FEATURE_REQUESTS_NEEDS_MEMBERS; 503 when the app can't be reached to apply visitors or taps_counted. Needs coding:apps:publish.
