Restore an app's data to a moment
POST
Queues a restore of the app's whole data to at (a moment in the last 30 days) or to restore point point_id (undo_restore or one of deploy_points). Later account deletions, blocks and removals are kept; queued mail is dropped. A restore can itself be undone. 400 DATA_REFUSED when the moment is outside the window or the app keeps no data. Needs coding:apps:publish.
