Download the published app's waitlist as CSV

/api/v1/external/coding/customers/{customer_id}/repositories/{coding_repository_id}/publication/waitlist.csv

The whole waitlist as a text/csv attachment, columns email,created_at,fields, newest first (needs coding:apps:publish). Its own operation so generated clients read it as text rather than as the JSON page.
