Export an app's table as CSV

Use a key with only read scopes. Your customer_id is in the reply to Get the calling API key.

/api/v1/external/coding/customers/{customer_id}/repositories/{coding_repository_id}/publication/data/{collection}/export.csv

Every row of one collection the owner sees, as a text/csv attachment: id then each declared field (cells guarded against spreadsheet formulas). The whole app is GET .../publication/data.json. Needs coding:apps:publish.
