Remove an app's custom domain

DELETE
/api/v1/external/coding/customers/{customer_id}/apps/{publication_id}/domain

Stop serving the address; the site moves back to its Syndai address. delete_records: the CNAME to delete at the domain's DNS host now. Needs coding:apps:publish.
