List an app's rows
Use a key with only read scopes. Your customer_id is in the reply to Get the calling API key.

One page of up to 100 rows of a collection, as the app's owner sees them in the app. where is a JSON object on indexed fields (a value, or {gt, gte, lt, lte, ne, in}), order an indexed field (field, field:desc), q a search where the collection declares one, after the previous page's next. 400 DATA_REFUSED names a filter the app can't use. Needs coding:apps:publish.
