Resume a pinned app on its latest version

POST
/api/v1/external/coding/customers/{customer_id}/repositories/{coding_repository_id}/publication/resume

Clears the pin POST .../publication/redeploy set and publishes the default branch's head (content review included), so new commits redeploy the site again while auto_redeploy is on. Answers 202 with the publication; charges nothing. Needs coding:apps:publish; 404 (never published), 422 VERIFY_FAILED.
