List an app's deployments

GET
/api/v1/external/coding/customers/{customer_id}/apps/{publication_id}/deployments

The app's newest ten deploy attempts, newest first: status (pending, building, uploading, publishing, live, failed, superseded), the commit sha, the address it was served at (url), created_at and finished_at (its duration), and for a failure error, the one sentence the owner reads. The live one carries share_url: the site's address to share, its custom domain once that is live. Any workspace member (coding:apps:read); 404 for an app outside this workspace.
