A website for your plumbing business, drafted in seconds

Describe your plumbing firm in one sentence on syndai.ai/build, and a free draft with your phone number and main jobs shows up in about 10 seconds.

The sentence it was built from

A website for Dale Whitmore Plumbing, a two-person plumbing firm in Manchester. We do boiler servicing, leak call-outs 24/7 and bathroom refits. Call 0161 496 0456.

Someone with a leak needs the number now

A person with water coming through the ceiling does not read. They scan for a phone number and press it. That is the whole visit.

So a plumber's page should lead with the emergency line. Ask for "a big call button at the top" and the draft changes to match. If you cover call-outs day and night, put 24/7 in your sentence. Then nobody wonders if you pick up at 2am.

If you can say how fast you usually arrive, do. A line like "most call-outs reached within two hours" tells a worried caller what to expect. Only type a time you can keep on a busy Monday.

About the Dale Whitmore example

Dale Whitmore Plumbing does not exist. We made it up to test a plain, real-world sentence. The 0161 number is a fake one set aside for drama and examples.

Look at what the sentence gave. Three kinds of work, a city, a team size and one number. One job is urgent and two are planned. Leak call-outs belong first. Boiler servicing and bathroom refits are work people book a week or two ahead.

Name the towns you will drive to

Most plumbers stick to a patch of towns they can reach fast. A caller in the next county wastes your time and theirs. Tell the draft where you go, like "Stockport, Sale and south Manchester", and the draft can list them.

Postcode areas work too. If you charge more outside your patch, say so in one line. Clear limits on the page mean fewer calls you have to turn down.

Many plumbers charge a call-out fee plus an hourly rate. If you do, type both. If you quote every job on site, say that instead, so people know before they ring.

Your Gas Safe number, and only yours

In the UK, anyone working on gas boilers must be on the Gas Safe Register. Careful customers look for the number before they let you in. Some will check it on the register.

The draft never fills in a registration number, a trade body logo or a review. If you type your real Gas Safe number, it appears. If you leave it out, the page leaves it out. That keeps you from showing a claim you cannot back up.

From draft to a site you keep

Change the page in plain words. "Make the call button bigger" or "add a section on blocked drains" both work. Send the link to your business partner before it goes anywhere.

Confirm your email to keep it, and Syndai builds the real site. Each change is checked before it goes live. If a change breaks the live site, Syndai puts back the last version that worked.

What it costs

The draft is free, with no account. The Free plan comes with 1 live website and 40 credits. The pricing page shows the rest. See pricing

What it does not do yet

  • It cannot collect payments for call-outs or invoices yet.
  • Customers cannot pick a time slot online; the page sends them to your phone.
  • It has no photos of your real jobs or van, so you add those yourself after you keep the site.
  • It will not add a Gas Safe number, trade badge or review that you did not type.

Questions

Can I make the phone number the biggest thing on the page?

Yes. Ask in plain words, like "make the call button bigger", and the draft changes.

Can it show my Gas Safe registration?

Yes, if you type your real number. It never makes up a registration number or badge.

Can I list the areas I cover?

Yes. Name the towns or postcode areas in your sentence, and the draft lists them.

What are three signs a website is trustworthy?

A real phone number, a real address or service area, and facts you can check, like a Gas Safe number. The draft shows only the facts you give it.
