Compare a synced folder

POST

/api/v1/external/coding/repos/{coding_repository_id}/knowledge/folders/{name}/manifest

syndai sync: send every file of the folder as {path, sha256}. The answer lists the paths that are new or changed; files gone from the folder are deleted with their text. A paused folder is a 409. Requires coding:knowledge:sync.
