Change the app's store settings

/api/v1/external/coding/customers/{customer_id}/repositories/{repository_id}/store

reset_upload_key: true: Syndai generates a new Android upload key (for a lost password); the upload_key step then links its certificate to upload in Play Console. play_internal_link: the Play Console internal-testing opt-in link (https://play.google.com/apps/internaltest/…; "" clears it), shown to the owner as the Android install row. 400 EMPTY_UPDATE when neither is sent. Signed-in owners and admins only.
