Set the demo login App Review signs in with

PUT
/api/v1/external/coding/customers/{customer_id}/repositories/{repository_id}/store/review/login

Seals password in the workspace vault (never stored on the listing, never sent to a run, never returned) and records username as the App Review demo account; an app with sign-in waits on it before its first App Store release. 409 demo_login_totp_only when the account needs an authenticator code App Review can't type. Signed-in owners and admins only.
