Push the ticked locales to the stores

POST
/api/v1/external/coding/customers/{customer_id}/repositories/{repository_id}/store/listing/push

Writes every ticked locale's listing text (then its screenshots) to the store: Google Play in one edit, the App Store only while a version is being prepared (409 listing_not_editable when platform is ios; with no platform Apple waits and Play goes). Unticked locales are never written, and neither is a price, availability, in-app purchase, Data safety or App Privacy answer. 409 listing_nothing_ticked when there is nothing to push. Signed-in owners and admins only.
