List the repository's branches

GET
/api/v1/external/coding/customers/{customer_id}/repositories/{repository_id}/store/branches

The release-branch picker: the repository's default branch, then every other branch by name (up to 1,000). Needs the coding:apps:read scope. Without read access to the repository only the default branch is listed; 503 when the repository host fails.
