/api/v1/external/coding/customers/{customer_id}/repositories/{repository_id}/store/review/login/seeded

For an accounts app on Google Play: the review page, address and code a store reviewer signs in with (no email is sent for it), and the steps to paste into Play Console's App access. login is null until the app's first build made the account, and always for an app that isn't a published web app on Play. Signed-in owners and admins only (403 for other roles); never cached.
