Check whether the store has the app record

GET
/api/v1/external/coding/customers/{customer_id}/repositories/{repository_id}/store/app-exists

One narrow read of App Store Connect (platform=ios: an app with the bundle ID) or Google Play (platform=android: the package can be opened), no tree read, so the card can watch for the app the owner is creating in the console. platform is required (ios or android). Signed-in owners and admins only.
