Read a repository's App stores card

/api/v1/external/coding/customers/{customer_id}/repositories/{repository_id}/store

Whether the release-branch tree holds a Flutter, React Native, Expo or native app (eligible), the adopted app, the Google account the workspace connected Play with (google_email), the owner steps, one status per platform, the one primary action, the What's New draft while a release is possible, warnings for the Release sheet and the last 10 builds. Members, viewers and API keys see the status only (action.kind is none, no draft). Needs the coding:apps:read scope; 404 when the repository isn't this customer's.
