Generate and translate the store listing into drafts

/api/v1/external/coding/customers/{customer_id}/repositories/{repository_id}/store/listing/generate

Writes the listing copy (Apple name, subtitle, description, keywords, promotional text; Play title, short and full description) in every listing language, the app's own UI languages unless languages narrows them, each fitted to its store limit (Apple keywords and review notes in UTF-8 bytes), keywords researched per market, and an English back-translation of every non-English field. Also renders the App Review notes from the app's Maestro flows. Drafts only: nothing is pushed until the owner ticks each locale. Billed at model cost plus the usage markup unless the workspace's own model key serves it. Signed-in owners and admins only.
