Check the app's store connections now

/api/v1/external/coding/customers/{customer_id}/repositories/{repository_id}/store/check

Reads the release-branch tree, adopts the app's existing App Store and Google Play listings (nothing is created or changed in either store), verifies the App Store Connect key, Google Play access and the upload key, and when all three are done builds the release-branch head on every platform with no build in flight (the first build, and Retry after a failure); each build is charged to the workspace. Signed-in owners and admins only: an API key is refused 403 HUMAN_APPROVAL_REQUIRED.
