Show a site on Google, or hide it

/api/v1/external/coding/customers/{customer_id}/apps/{publication_id}/visibility

Writes search.visible in the site's syndai.build.json and republishes: true shows a members-only site on Google, false adds a site-wide noindex and drops its sitemap. 202 committed, 200 already_applied when the site already is that way. Owner or admin. Waits for runs like a text edit: 409 RUN_IN_FLIGHT (run_id), else TEXT_EDIT_REFUSED naming the reason in refusal.
