Record a press of the SEO receipt line

/api/v1/external/coding/customers/{customer_id}/seo/receipt-clicks

The person pressed Start on the receipt line's Google move (backlog_task_id). Product analytics only: nothing is stored and nothing starts. A task that is not one of the workspace's Google moves (seo:* keys) is a 404.
