Read a site's Google connection

GET
/api/v1/external/coding/customers/{customer_id}/sites/{site_id}/google

The workspace's own Google identity (workspace_email, null until Google can see it, about a minute after Syndai makes it) and its access to the site's Search Console property. state: none, pending (Syndai is verifying the site), restricted or full (Ready; index checks need Full), lost. GitHub projects only. opened=true marks the card's first read when it opens (product analytics); its polls omit it.
