Disconnect a site from Google

DELETE
/api/v1/external/coding/customers/{customer_id}/sites/{site_id}/google

The workspace's Google identity gives up its access to the site's Search Console property (best effort), then the site stops syncing and its search data and open search moves are deleted. The change is recorded in the workspace's audit log. Needs coding:apps:publish; 404 for a site outside this workspace.
