Finish verifying a site with Google

POST
/api/v1/external/coding/customers/{customer_id}/sites/{site_id}/google/verify/confirm

The code is live: verifies the site as the workspace identity, adds the property, makes owner_email (default: the signed-in member's email) an owner and reads access. Refusals: not_verified_yet (409: Google can't see the code yet), not_a_google_account (422), invalid_email (422), forbidden (403: an API key rather than a signed-in person). Needs coding:apps:publish.
