Run a schedule now

POST
/api/v1/external/coding/schedules/{schedule_id}/run-now

Fires now, even when paused or when nothing changed since the last run. A second Run now in the same minute is 409 CONFLICT. Returns 202 once the fire is queued; the run itself appears in the schedule's occurrences (GET /schedules/{id}).
