List schedules

GET
/api/v1/external/coding/schedules

Lists your schedules newest first, a page at a time (limit, default 50; pass next_cursor back as cursor). Pass coding_repository_id to list one project's schedules; an unknown repository lists nothing. A malformed cursor returns 400.
