### Runs

A run is one coding task Syndai carries from a prompt to a delivered change. Creating a run starts billable work; its `external_request_id` is the idempotency key, so a retry never starts a second run. Follow a run by streaming its events or polling `GET /runs/{id}`. Phases are open-ended: a run can pause to ask you something, so read `pending_hitl_requests` and answer through `/responses` rather than assuming a fixed order.

## Operations

### Stream a run's events

- **Method:** `GET`
- **Path:** `/api/v1/external/coding/runs/{coding_run_id}/events`
- **Operation ID:** `streamRunEvents`
- **Tags:** Runs

Stream a run's events: its durable history first, then live events. Live events carry an SSE `id` (a stream position); history and the reset frame carry none, and heartbeats carry the current position. Reconnect with the last `id` you saw as `Last-Event-ID` to resume exactly after it, late events included; a position too old to resume sends the run's full history again. `since_global_seq` (or a numeric `Last-Event-ID`) starts the history after that sequence. An event can arrive more than once across reconnects: dedupe on `event_id`. Within one connection each event is sent once.
