Rename a run

POST
/api/v1/external/coding/runs/{coding_run_id}/rename

Change a run's display title and return its fresh status. The title is cosmetic: it never changes the run's external_request_id (its idempotency key) or its work. A 409 means the run is busy, so retry. Requires the coding:runs:respond scope.
