Upload an image for a run

/api/v1/external/coding/runs/image-ingest

Upload an image (base64 in JSON) to attach to a run. The server checks the file type from its bytes and its size, stores it privately for your workspace, and returns an object_key to pass in image_refs when you create the run. Requires the coding:runs:create scope.
