Get a run's timeline

GET
/api/v1/external/coding/runs/{run_id}/timeline

Read a run's timeline: one entry per recorded event, with its kind, name, time, sequence number and redacted evidence. A run outside your workspace is a 404. Requires the coding:runs:read scope.
