Get a run

GET
/api/v1/external/coding/runs/{coding_run_id}

Read a run's full current state. Run phases are open-ended: poll this endpoint or stream the run's events and act on the state you see, rather than assuming a fixed order of phases. Requires the coding:runs:read scope.
