Open a shared receipt's evidence image

GET
/api/v1/public/receipts/{token}/media/{media_id}

Redirects (302) to a short-lived signed URL for one evidence image of a shared run, as embedded in its pull request. An id that is not part of the run's evidence returns 404. A revoked or unknown link returns a small "no longer shared" JPEG instead of an error, so an embedded image explains itself.
