Read a shared receipt's branding

GET
/api/v1/public/receipts/{token}/branding

Returns who delivered this receipt when the workspace uses white-label reports. Returns 404 for every "no branding" case alike (unknown or revoked link, no branding set, or a plan without white-label), so render the receipt as Syndai's.
