Remove a member

DELETE
/api/v1/external/coding/members/{membership_id}

Remove a member from the workspace. The API keys they created and the plans they connected are revoked in the same step, and their private chats in this workspace are deleted. Requires coding:members:write; only an owner caller may remove an owner, and the last owner can never be removed.
