Revoke an invite

DELETE
/api/v1/external/coding/members/invites/{invite_id}

Expire a pending invite so its token can no longer be accepted; 404 if the invite is not in this workspace. Revoking an owner invite needs an owner caller. Requires the coding:members:write scope.
