Invite a member

POST
/api/v1/external/coding/members/invite

Create an invite for an email address with a role (default member) and return its token. The token is shown only in this response and the invite expires after 7 days. Requires the coding:members:write scope; inviting an owner needs an owner caller (403 otherwise, and API keys never count as owners).
