Accept an invite

POST
/api/v1/external/coding/members/accept

Join the inviting workspace as the signed-in user, with the role on the invite. The user's email must match the invite (403 EMAIL_MISMATCH); an expired invite is 410 and an unknown, revoked or already-used token is 400. Accepting again as the same user returns the existing membership with 200.
