Move an offer to the top of the roadmap

POST
/api/v1/external/coding/backlog/{backlog_task_id}/top

Gives the offer the highest priority among its project's open offers and accepts it onto the roadmap, pinning its current text. Starts no run itself; the roadmap is worked top-down only when the workspace has turned on autonomous runs. Needs a signed-in person (an API key gets 403); 404 for an offer that is not yours or is no longer open.
