List the tenant's groups: the 2-5 separate changes one Project Home chat message asked for, filed as one group whose parts may build on earlier parts (`after`). Lists every group not yet `done`, then those done in the last 7 days, newest first. `bucket` and each part's `status` / `needs` are derived from the parts' runs: `not_started`, `working`, `needs_you` or `done`; a part is `not_started`, `waiting` (an earlier part is not in the default branch yet), `ready`, `running`, `needs_you`, `landed` or `skipped`. Each is an open string: tolerate values you do not know. An unstarted group is listed only to the person whose chat filed it (an agent's thread: to owners and admins); a started group to everyone who sees the board, an API key included. Start one with POST /backlog/groups/{id}/start.
