List task groups
List the tenant's groups: the 2-5 separate changes one Project Home chat message asked for, filed as one group whose parts may build on earlier parts (after). Lists every group not yet done, then those done in the last 7 days, newest first. bucket and each part's status / needs are derived from the parts' runs: not_started, working, needs_you or done; a part is not_started, waiting (an earlier part is not in the default branch yet), ready, running, needs_you, landed or skipped. Each is an open string: tolerate values you do not know. An unstarted group is listed only to the person whose chat filed it (an agent's thread: to owners and admins); a started group to everyone who sees the board, an API key included. Start one with POST /backlog/groups/{id}/start.
