Edit an offer's title or prompt

PATCH
/api/v1/external/coding/backlog/{backlog_task_id}

Replaces the offer's title and/or prompt with your text and accepts it onto the roadmap with that text pinned. Send at least one of title or prompt (400 otherwise). Starts no run itself; the roadmap is worked top-down only when the workspace has turned on autonomous runs. Needs a signed-in person (an API key gets 403); 404 for an offer that is not yours or is no longer open.
