Add an offer to the roadmap

POST
/api/v1/external/coding/backlog/{backlog_task_id}/accept

Accepts an open offer onto its project's roadmap, pinning the exact text you saw. Calling it again keeps the first acceptance time. Starts no run itself; the roadmap is worked top-down only when the workspace has turned on autonomous runs. Needs a signed-in person (an API key gets 403); 404 for an offer that is not yours or is no longer open.
